* Self-awareness—since we learn from one another, we want to allow time for everyone to participate.
* Encourage them to share and focus on what they are feeling, what they are learning, what God is teaching, and how they are being challenged by His Word.
* Remind them the group is NOT designed to tear down or revert to male-bashing.
